By placing an order or using the Mass Material website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Mass Material LLC provides bulk landscape material delivery services to residential and commercial customers in select Massachusetts towns. Available products, pricing, and delivery zones are subject to change without notice.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed and you receive a confirmation.
We deliver to specific towns and zip codes listed on our website. Delivery dates and windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, or other factors outside our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery location is accessible and that someone is available or a designated drop location is clearly communicated at the time of ordering. Mass Material is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or property resulting from delivery.
If our driver arrives at the delivery location within the scheduled delivery window and is unable to complete the delivery due to circumstances on the customer’s end — including but not limited to inaccessible property, no designated drop location, or customer unavailability — the full delivery fee and full material cost will be charged and are non-refundable. If the customer requires the driver to return for a second delivery attempt, an additional delivery fee equal to the original delivery fee will be charged before the return trip is scheduled. Mass Material is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by the customer’s failure to prepare an accessible drop location or be available during the scheduled window.
Orders may be cancelled before delivery is dispatched for a full refund. Once a delivery has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. Due to the nature of bulk materials, all sales are final once delivered. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for ordering the correct product and quantity. Mass Material is not responsible for unused materials or incorrect quantities ordered.
Mass Material LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
